Brief

We were instructed by Dekanta to look after all of their social media portals, which included, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Snapchat.  Now, even though they had a fairly decent following, their engagement rate and follower interaction was very poor. The goal for this particular project was to increase follower interaction, thereby increasing the online sales of their niche Japanese Whisky business.

Deliverables

In one month alone, total likes went up to 5,373
Posts reach got to an impressive 85,574
Total reach was 85,878
And engagement was 9,413

Results

Dekanta had a big increase in the amount of customer enquiries. A lot of which translated into sales. Now being an online retailer of very high end alcoholic products, you can understand how just one conversion would make them very happy.
